This is my translation of the Latin language baptismal record of Apolonia Imańska, from the Ludzisko Parish.

Markowice, 1830, No. 6

On January 31st, 1830, I, Rev. Osiński, Pastor of the Ludzisko Parish, baptized the infant was named Apolonia. The child was born on the 26th of January, 1830. The parents were: Bartłomiej and Józefa Imański, the legally married couple. The Godparents were: Józef Raszka and Katarzyna Bruksiewicz.
