On July 22nd, 1840, I, Rev. Baczewicz, Pastor of the Ludzisko Parish, baptized the infant was named Anna. The child was born on the 22nd of July, 1840. The parents were: Bartłomiej and Józefa Imański nee Dziadek, the legally married couple. The Godparents were: Szymon Wiśniewski and Katarzyna Gapińska.
