Baptism of Zofia Karpik (1822)

This is my translation of the Polish language baptismal record of Zofia Karpik, from the Łowiczek parish. Any errors are completely my own.

Łowiczek, 1822

On the 23rd of May, 1822, at 8 a.m., before Us, the Administrator and Civil Registrar of the Łowiczek Parish –  performing the duties of the Registrar of Vital Records for the District of Łowiczek, Radziejów County, Mazowieckie Province, Maciej Karpik appeared, aged 33, a manor groom residing in Łowiczek, and presented Us a female child, which was born in house #3, on the 22nd of May, 1822, at 2 a.m., to his lawful wife Agnieszka nee Wiśniewska, aged 30. At Holy Baptism, administered on this day, this child was given the name of Zofia. He made the above statement and showed Us the child, in the presence of witnesses: Wawrzyniec Araszewski, aged 48, a farmer, and Jan Bucza, aged 38, a farmer, both reside in Łowiczek. After which this Birth Record was read to the declarant and witnesses, who are illiterate, and was signed by Us alone.
