Wincenty Wierzba’s Headstone

This is a picture of my great-great-grandfather Wincenty Wierzba’s headstone which is located at the Sacred Heart Church Cemetery, in Polonia, Portage, Wisconsin. The headstone lists his death date as June 27, 1909. The newspapers during this time, the english language Stevens Point Daily Journal or the two Polish language papers which were Gwiazda polarna and the Rolnik, do not have his obituary listed within in them. So, this picture of this headstone is a great adition to the Wierzba family history.
