This is my translation of the German language Marriage record of Maciej Szlachetka and Anna Treder nee Wierzba, from the Lipusz Parish. Any errors are completely my own.

On January 28th, 1856, I, Rev. Wojciech Kiedrowski, Pastor of the Lipusz Parish, after the banns have been read on three separate Sundays, and no canonical impediments having arisen, officiated at the wedding of Maciej Szlachetka, aged 37, single, from Skwierawy, and Anna Treder, aged 38, a widow, from Tuszkowy. The witnesses were: Jan Żywicki and Augustyn Wera.
