This is my translation of the Latin language baptismal record of Wiktoria Wałdoch, from the Lipusz Parish. Any errors are completely my own.

Kalisz, 1817,

On December 14th, 1817, I, Rev., Pastor of the Lipusz Parish, baptized the infant named Wiktoria. The parents were: Bartłomiej and Magdalena Wałdoch nee Borzyszkowska, the legally married couple. The child was born on December 13th, 1817. The Godparents were: Tomasz Turzyński and Marianna Łukowicz.
