This is my translation of the Latin language baptismal record of Tomasz Wałdoch, from the Lipusz Parish. Any errors are completely my own.

Stare Słone, 1813,

On December 16th, 1813, I, Rev., Pastor of the Lipusz Parish, baptized the infant named Tomasz. The parents were: Ignacy and Marianna Wałdoch nee Żywicka, the legally married couple. The child was born on December 15th, 1813. The Godparents were: Paweł Somionka and Wiktoria Wałdoch.
