This is my translation of the Latin language baptismal record of Piotr Wałdoch, from the Lipusz Parish. Any errors are completely my own.

Nowe Słone, 1817,

On June 26th, 1817, I, Rev., Pastor of the Lipusz Parish, baptized the infant named Piotr. The parents were: Ignacy and Marianna Wałdoch nee Żywicka, the legally married couple. The child was born on June 24th, 1817. The Godparents were: Maciej Kropidłowski and Marianna Wałdoch.
