This is my translation of the Latin language baptismal record of Marcianna Jakubek, from the Lipusz Parish. Any errors are completely my own.

Tuszkowy, 1818,

On January 6th, 1818, I, Rev., Pastor of the Lipusz Parish, baptized the infant named Marcianna. The parents were: Szymon and Regina Jakubek, the legally married couple. The child was born on the 4th of January, 1818. The Godparents were: Antoni Trawicki and Agnieszka Gawin.
