This is my translation of the Latin language baptismal record of Magdalena Wałdoch, from the Lipusz Parish. Any errors are completely my own.

Kalisz, 1816,

On April 2nd, 1816, I, Rev., Pastor of the Lipusz Parish, baptized the infant named Magdalena. The parents were: Bartłomiej and Magdalena Wałdoch nee Borzyszkowska, the legally married couple. The child was born on April 1st, 1816. The Godparents were: Antoni Princ and Małgorzata Princ.
