This is my translation of the German language baptismal record of Julianna Wierzba, from the Lipusz Parish. Any errors are completely my own.

Tuszkowy, 1829, No. 20,

On February 14th, 1829, I, Rev., Pastor of the Lipusz Parish, baptized the infant named Julianna. The parents were: Bartłomiej and Rozalia Wierzba nee Knapik, the legally married couple. The child was born on the 13th of February, 1829. The Godparents were: Kazimierz Wierzba and Marianna Jakubek.
