This is my translation of the Latin language baptismal record of Józefina Wierzba, from the Lipusz Parish. Any errors are completely my own.

Tuszkowy, 1821, No. 108,

On December 23rd, 1821, I, Rev., Pastor of the Lipusz Parish, baptized the infant named Józefina. The parents were: Bartłomiej and Rozalia Wierzba nee Knapik, the legally married couple. The child was born on the 21st of December, 1821. The Godparents were: Józef Wolski and Katarzyna Lipińska.
