This is my translation of the Latin language baptismal record of Jan Wierzba, from the Lipusz Parish. Any errors are completely my own.

Tuszkowy, 1816,

On March 22nd, 1816, I, Rev. Pysznicki, Pastor of the Lipusz Parish, baptized the infant named Jan. The parents were: Kazimierz and Weronika Wierzba, the legally married couple. The child was born on the 21st of March, 1816. The Godparents were: Bartłomiej Wierzba and Agnieszka Ekman.
