This is my translation of the German language baptismal record of Jakub Wierzba, from the Lipusz Parish. Any errors are completely my own.

Tuszkowy, 1824, No. 57,

On July 18th, 1824, I, Rev., Pastor of the Lipusz Parish, baptized the infant named Jakub. The parents were: Bartłomiej and Rozalia Wierzba nee Knapik, the legally married couple. The child was born on the 16th of July, 1824. The Godparents were: Józef Chrapkowski and Katarzyna Żywicka, both from Tuszkowy.
