This is my translation of the Latin language baptismal record of Franciszek Wierzba, from the Lipusz Parish. Any errors are completely my own.

On December 2nd, 1819, I, Rev., Pastor of the Lipusz Parish, baptized the infant named Franciszek. The parents were: Bartłomiej and Rozalia Wierzba nee Knapik, the legally married couple. The child was born on the 1st of December, 1819. The Godparents were: Kazimierz Wierzba and Regina Jakubek.
