This is my translation of the Latin language baptismal record of Franciszek Wałdoch, from the Leśno Parish. Any errors are completely my own.

Trzebuń, 1808,

On January 29th, 1808, I, Rev., Pastor of the Leśno Parish, baptized the infant named Franciszek. The parents were: Maciej and Wiktoria Wałdoch nee Żywicka, the legally married couple. The Godparents were: Andrzej Żywicki, from Trzebuń, and Magdalena Wałdoch, from Słone – Lipusz Parish.
