This is my translation of the Latin language baptismal record of Antoni Jakubek, from the Lipusz Parish. Any errors are completely my own.

Tuszkowy, 1826,

On May 29th, 1826, I, Rev., Pastor of the Lipusz Parish, baptized the infant named Antoni. The parents were: Szymon and Regina Jakubek nee Wierzba, the legally married couple. The child was born on the 28th of May, 1826. The Godparents were: Marcin Trawicki and Konstancja Trawicka.
