This is my translation of the Latin language baptismal record of Andrzej Zaborowski, from the Lipusz Parish. Any errors are completely my own.

Krugliniec, 1820, No. 83,

On December 3rd, 1820, I, Rev., Pastor of the Lipusz Parish, baptized the infant named Andrzej. The parents were: Józef and Barbara Zaborowska nee Wierzba, the legally married couple. The child was born on the 1st of December, 1820. The Godparents were: Andrzej Stroik and Rozalia Wierzba.
