This is my translation of the Latin language baptismal record of Jakub Olszewski, from the Kościerzyna Parish.

On July 2nd, 1775, I, Rev. Andrzej Zelewski, Pastor of the Kościerzyna Parish, baptized the infant named Jakub. The parents were: Michał and Małgorzata Olszewski, the legally married couple. The child was born on June 27th, 1775. The Godparents were: Krzysztof Toczek and Marianna Oczek.
