This is my translation of the Russian language death record of Józef Kiciński, from the Kościelna Wieś Parish.
Ruszki, No. 21, 1910
This occurred in the village of Kościelna Wieś, on the 28th of February/13th of March, 1910, at 9 a.m. Appearing are witnesses: Wincenty Pakulski, aged 48, and Walenty Pawlowski, aged 43, both are farmers residing in the village of Ruszki, and stated that on the 26th of February/11th of March, 1910, at 10 p.m., Józef Kiciński, aged 67, a farmer, died. He leaves behind his widow Marianna nee Perczak. After eyewitness testimony on the death of Józef Kiciński, this document was read to those present, who were illiterate, and signed by Us.
