This is my translation of the Latin language Marriage record of Piotr Żywiczka and Marianna Świercz nee Brzezińska, from the Gniewkowo Parish. Any errors are completely my own.

Gniewkowo, 1849, No. 5

On May 29, 1849, I, Rev. Stephen Eichstadt, after the banns have been read on three separate Sundays, and no canonical impediment having arisen, with blessing, officiated at the wedding of Piotr Żywiczka, aged 35, Catholic, single, from Budnia – Brudnia Parish, and Marianna Świercz, aged 30, Catholic, a widow, from Suchatówka. The witnesses were: Jan Stępniewski, Wawrzyniec Jęzierski, and Józef Biedermann.
