On April 28th, 1817, I, Rev. Jakub Eliasz Nowakowski, Pastor of the Chlewiska Parish, officiated the burial of Teresa Lewandowska nee Wojdyła, aged 24. She died of tuberculous on the 26th of April, 1817, at 3 a.m., in house #8. She leaves behind her husband Jakub Lewandowski.
