This is my translation of the Latin language death record of Mikołaj Brożek, from the Chlewiska Parish.

Chrostowo, 1802

On July 12th, 1802, the infant Mikołaj Brożek, aged 2, died. He was the son of Franciszek and Zofia Brożek. He was buried in the cemetery on July 14th, 1802.
