This is my translation of the Latin language death record of Małgorzata Żywiczka, from the Chlewiska Parish.

Chlewiska, 1803

On October 19th, 1803, the infant named Małgorzata, aged 4 months, died. She was the daughter of Wojciech and Zofia Żywiczka, the legally married couple. She was buried in the cemetery on the 21st of October, 1803, with blessings of the Virgin Mary.
