This is my translation of the Latin language baptismal record of Szymon Gmurczak, from the Chlewiska Parish. Any errors are completely my own.

Chrustowo, 1847, No. 30

On October 24th, 1847, I, Rev., of the Chlewiska Parish, baptized the infant named Szymon. His parents were Wojciech and Kunegunda Gmurczak nee Przybysz, the legally married couple. Both parents are Catholic. Wojciech is a laborer. The Godparents were: Łukasz Żywiczka and Marianna Wiśniewska.
