This is my translation of the Latin language baptismal record of Małgorzata Żywiczka, from the Chlewiska Parish.

Chlewiska, 1803

On July 6th, 1803, I, Rev., Pastor of the Chlewiska Parish, baptized the infant named Małgorzata. Her parents were Wojciech and Zofia Żywiczka, the legally married couple. The Godparents were: Antoni Kozicki and Zuzanna Biegała, from Chlewiska.
