This is my translation of the Latin language baptismal record of Łukasz Żywiczka, from the Chlewiska Parish.

Chlewiska, 1804, No. 42

On October 18th, 1804, I, Rev., Pastor of the Chlewiska Parish, baptized the infant named Łukasz. His parents were Wojciech and Zofia Żywiczka, the legally married couple. The Godparents were: Jan Żywiczka, from Papros, and Magdalena Kania, from Kuczkowo.
