On November 21st, 1784, I, Rev., Pastor of the Chlewiska Parish, baptized the infant named Katarzyna. The parents were: Franciszek and Zofia Brożek, the legally married couple. The Godparents were: Stanisław Kaczała and Marianna Brożek, both were from Chrostowo.
