This is my translation of the Latin language baptismal record of Józef Żywiczka, from the Chlewiska Parish.

Chlewiska, 1808,

On April 10th, 1808, I, Rev., Pastor of the Chlewiska Parish, baptized the infant named Józef. His parents were Wojciech and Zofia Żywiczka, the legally married couple. The Godparents were: Jacek Kania, from Kuczkowo, and the Marianna Biegała, from Chlewiska.
