This is my translation of the Latin language baptismal record of Antonina Żywiczka, from the Chlewiska Parish.

Chlewiska, 1806, No. 15

On April 20th, 1806, I, Rev., Pastor of the Chlewiska Parish, baptized the infant named Antonina. Her parents were Wojciech and Zofia Żywiczka, the legally married couple. The Godparents were: Tomasz Żywiczka, from Papros, and the Noble Elena Pucznik, from Chlewiska.
