On January 5th, 1777, I, Rev., Pastor of the Chlewiska Parish, baptized the infant named Agnieszka. The parents were: Jakub and Marianna Brożek, the legally married couple. The Godparents were: Kazimierz Skonieczny and Cecelia Brożek.
