This is my translation of the Latin language baptismal record of Magdalena Nowak, from the Chlewiska Parish.

Przybysław, 1794

On July 22nd, 1794, I, Rev. Antoni Rojewski, Pastor of the Chlewiska Parish, baptized the infant named Magdalena. Her parents were Antoni and Agnieszka Nowak, the legally married couple. The Godparents were Łukasz Żak and Katarzyna Mikołajczak, both from the village of Przybysław.
