Marriage of Józef Przybyszak and Agata Słowińska (1820)

This is my translation of the Polish language marriage record of Józef Przybyszak and Agata Słowińska, from the Bytoń Parish. Any errors are completely my own.
Bytoń, 1820, No. 1,
This happened on January 24th, 1820, before Us, the Administrator and Civil Registrar of Bytoń, performing the duties of the Registrar of Vital Records for the District of Bytoń, Brześć County, Mazowieckie Province:
Józef Przybyszak, aged 22, single, a farmhand residing in the village of Bytoń – according to a certificate excerpted from the books of the Służewo Parish,
along with, Agata Słowińska, single, residing with family in the village of Bytoń – according to a certificate excerpted from the books of the Graboszewo Parish.
The parties who appeared request that we proceed with the celebration of the wedding they have arranged between them, the announcement of which was published before the main doors of our District Court, that is: first on the 2nd of January, and the second on the 9th of January, 1820. When we were not informed of any obstacles to the aforementioned marriage, and the parents here in attendance hereby consent, acquiescing to the aforementioned request, after reading to the parties and witnesses all the aforementioned papers and Section Six of the Civil Code regarding marriage, we asked the future husband and future wife whether they wished to join with each other in marital union, and when each of them responded separately that such is their wish, we proclaim in the name of the law that Józef Przybyszak and Agata Słowińska are joined in the bonds of matrimony.
Of which we recorded this record in the presence of: Jan Wieniecki, aged 37; Maciej Bartczak, aged 28; Mateusz Bartczak, aged 61; and Marcin Szanecki, aged 68; all witnesses reside in Bytoń. This document was read aloud to the declarants and witnesses and signed by Us who can write, because those appearing and the witnesses mentioned in this document cannot write.
