Death of Małgorzata Kolenda (1821)

This is my translation of the Polish language Death record of Małgorzata Kolenda, from the Bytoń Parish. Any errors are completely my own.

Świesz, 1821, No. 5,

On the 22nd of March, 1821, before Us, the Administrator and Civil Registrar of Bytoń, performing the duties of the Registrar of Vital Records for the District of Bytoń, Brześć County, Mazowieckie Province, Piotr Pankiewicz, aged 80, and Wawrzyniec Stramiński, aged 50, both are neighbors of the deceased, and stated that on the 20th of March, 1821, at 1 p.m., in the village of Świesz, house #1, Małgorzata Kolenda, aged 80, died. She was a laborer residing in Świesz. After which this Death Record was read to the declarant and witnesses, who are illiterate, and was signed by Us alone.
