Marriage of Wawrzyniec Smurlat and Jadwiga Wolecka (1821)

This is my translation of the Polish language marriage record of Wawrzyniec Smurlat and Jadwiga Wolęcka from the Byczyna Parish. Any errors are completely my own.
Szalonki, No. 5, 1821
This happened on March 21st, 1821. Before Us, Rev. Płatkowski, the undersigned Registrar of Vital Records of the District of Byczyna, Radziejów County, Mazowieckie Province:
Wawrzyniec Jakób Smurlat appeared, aged 24, single, a farmhand residing in the village of Szalonki – according to the Byczyna Parish Church registers – the son of Joachim and Ewa Smurlat, who are tenant farmers residing in the village of Szalonki, he was born in the village of Szalonki,
as well as Jadwiga Wolęcka, aged 15, single, residing with her family in the village of Szalonki – according to the Radziejów County Courts – the daughter of Stanisław and Teresa Wolęcka, who are farm owners residing in the village of Szalonki, she was born in the village of Szalonki.
The parties who appeared request that we proceed with the celebration of the wedding they have arranged between them, the announcement of which was published before the main doors of our District Court, that is on the 11th and 18th of February, 1821, at 12 p.m. When we were not informed of any obstacles to the aforementioned marriage, and the parents here in attendance hereby consent, acquiescing to the aforementioned request, after reading to the parties and witnesses all the aforementioned papers and Section Six of the Civil Code regarding marriage, we asked the future husband and future wife whether they wished to join with each other in marital union, and when each of them responded separately that such is their wish, we proclaim in the name of the law that Wawrzyniec Jakób Smurlat, single, and Jadwiga Wolęcka, single, are joined in the bonds of matrimony.
Of which we recorded this record in the presence of: Mateusz Figmąki, aged 50, a farm owner residing in Piolunowo; Jan Matuszak, aged 40, a farm owner residing in Bodzanowo; Jan Błachowicz, aged 32, a blacksmith residing in Bodzanowo; Norbert Barański, aged 40, a farm owner residing in Byczyna. This document was read aloud to the declarants and witnesses and signed by us who can write, because those appearing and the witnesses mentioned in this document cannot write.
