Marriage of Paweł Żywiczka and Petronela Smul (1850)

This is my translation of the Polish language marriage record of Paweł Żywiczka and Petronela Smul, from the Byczyna parish. Any errors are completely my own.
Bieganowo, No 4, 1850
This happened in the village of Byczyna on the 3rd of February, 1850, at 10 a.m. We declare, that in the presence of: Józef Raszka, aged 32, a farm owner residing in Ułomie, and Franciszek Lewicki, aged 37, a cottager residing in Bieganowo, that on this day a religious marital union was contracted between:
Paweł Żywiczka, aged 24, single, a farm hand residing in Bieganowo, the son of the deceased Tomasz and his widow Katarzyna Żywiczka, born in the village of Papros,
and Petronela Smul, aged 17, single, residing in Bieganowo, the daughter of Antoni and Marianna Smul nee Ulińska – farm owners in Bieganowo, born in the village of Bieganowo.
The wedding was preceded by three readings of the banns, at the Byczyna Parish, on the 13th, 20th, and 27th of January, 1850. Oral consent was given by the families who were present for the wedding and no impediments arose. No prenuptial agreement was made by the newlyweds. This document was read aloud to the declarants and witnesses and signed by Us, because those appearing and the witnesses mentioned in this document cannot write.
