Marriage of Jan Nowak and Justyna Robaszewska (1824)

This is my translation of the Polish language marriage record of Jan Nowak and Justyna Robaszewska from the Byczyna Parish. Any errors are completely my own.
Bodzanowo, No 14, 1824
This happened on November 25th, 1824. Before Us, the undersigned Registrar of Vital Records of the District of Bodzanowo, Radziejów County, Mazowieckie Province:
Jan Nowak appeared, aged 25, single, a farmhand in the village of Bodzanowo – according to a certificate excerpted from the books of the Chłewiska Parish from the Radziejów Province Court – the son of Antoni and Agnieszka Nowak, born in the village of Przybysław – Grand Duchy of Poznań, where he previously lived, he is his parents second son,
as well as Justyna Robaszeska, aged 19, single – according to the Mayor of the District of Bodzanowo and the Radziejów Province Court – daughter of Sebastian and Katarzyna Robaszewski, born and residing in the village of Bodzanowo.
The parties who appeared request that we proceed with the celebration of the wedding they have arranged between them, the announcement of which was published before the main doors of our District Court, that is on the 7th and 14th of November, 1824, at 12 p.m. When we were not informed of any obstacles to the aforementioned marriage, and the parents here in attendence hereby consent, acquiescing to the aforementioned request, after reading to the parties and witnesses all the aforementioned papers and Section Six of the Civil Code regarding marriage, we asked the future husband and future wife whether they wished to join with each other in marital union, and when each of them responded separately that such is their wish, we proclaim in the name of the law that Jan Nowak, single, and Justyna Robaszewska, single, are joined in the bonds of matrimony.
Of which we recorded this record in the presence of: Grzegorz Małczak, aged 77; Szymon Marciniak, aged 37; Jan Grzyszek, aged 45, a farmer; and Jan Błachowicz, aged 35, a blacksmith – all residing in the village and District of Bodzanowo. This document was read aloud to the declarants and witnesses and signed by us who can write, because those appearing and the witnesses mentioned in this document cannot write.
