Death of Walenty Przybysz (1870)

This is my translation of the Russian language death record of Walenty Przybysz, from the Byczyna Parish. Any errors are completely my own.
Ułomie, No. 31, 1870
This occurred in the village of Byczyna, on the 14th/26th of September, 1870, at 2 p.m. Appearing are witnesses: Balcer Staszyński, aged 37, and Antoni Bruzdziński, aged 49, both are farmers residing in Ułomie, and stated that on the 12th/24th of September, 1870, at 1 p.m., Walenty Przybysz, aged 60, died. He was the son of Wincenty and Marianna Przybysz. He leaves behind his wife Weronika. After eyewitness testimony on the death of Walenty Przybysz, this document was read to those present, who were illiterate, and signed by Us.
