Death of Marianna Przybysz (1830)

This is my translation of the Polish language death record of Marianna Przybysz nee Żywiczka, from the Byczyna Parish. Any errors are completely my own.
Piołonowo, No. 21, 1830
This occurred in the village of Byczyna, on the 3rd of May, 1830, at 4 p.m. Appearing are witnesses: Norbert Barański, aged 40, the village mayor, and Wojciech Patyk, aged 34, a farm owner, both reside in Byczyna, and stated that on the 2nd of May, 1830, at 9 a.m., Marianna Przybyszak, aged 40, died. She leaves behind the following children: Walenty, Franciszka, Kunegunda, Antonina, and Marianna. After eyewitness testimony on the death of Marianna Przybyszak, this document was read to those present, who were illiterate, and signed by Us.
