This is my translation of the Russian language death record of Kunegunda Gmurczak nee Przybysz, from the Byczyna Parish. Any errors are completely my own.
Ludwikowo, No. 57, 1891
This occurred in the village of Byczyna, on the 29th of October/10th of November, 1891, at 10 a.m. Appearing are witnesses: Marcin Wierzykowski, aged 34, and Stanisław Jałoszyński, aged 67, both are farmers residing in Ludwikowo, and stated that on the 27th of October/8th of November, 1891, at 8 a.m., Kunegunda Gmurczak, aged 75, died. She was a farmers wife residing in Ludwikowo. She was born in Krzywosądz and the daughter of Wincenty and Marianna Przybysz. She leaves behind her husband Wojciech. After eyewitness testimony on the death of Kunegunda Gmurczak, this document was read to those present, who were illiterate, and signed by Us.
