Baptism of Marcin Smurlat (1826)

This is my translation of the Polish language baptismal record of Marcin Smurlat, from the Byczyna parish.
Pilichowo, No. 47, 1826
This occurred in the village of Byczyna, on the 15th of October, 1826, at 11 a.m. Wawrzyniec Smurlat, aged 25, an estate horse-groom residing in the village of Pilichowo, in the presence of Mateusz Figmąka, aged 60, a tenant farmer, and Wojciech Figmąka, aged 27, the town Mayor, both residing in the village of Piołunowo, and showed us a male child born in the village of Pilichowo, on the 13th of October, 1826, at 8 p.m., to his lawful wife Jadwiga nee Wolęcka, aged 20. At Holy Baptism performed this day, this child was given the name Marcin. The Godparents were: Franciszek Janicki and Marianna Odorowska. This document was read to the declarant and witnesses, who are illiterate, and was signed by us alone.
