Przybysław,
On June 16th, 1799, I, Rev. Antoni Rojewski, Pastor of the Chlewiska Parish, baptized the infant named Jan. He was born on June 15th, 1799, in the village of Przybysław, to his parents Antoni and Agnieszka Nowak. The Godparents were: Bartłomiej Orzechowski and Katarzyna Papiora, both from Przybysław.
This record was extracted on the 12th, of November, 1819, in the village of Brudnia.
Rev. Jakób Elias Nowakowski, Canon of the Gniewkowo Deanery, Curator of Brudnia, and Pastor of the Chlewiska Parish.
