This is my translation of the Latin language baptismal record of Zofia Żywiczka, from the Bronisław Parish. Any errors are completely my own.

On April 2nd, 1777, I, Rev., of the Bronisław Parish, baptized the infant named Zofia. Her parents were Wojciech and Agnieszka Żywiczka, the legally married couple. The Godparents were: Marcin, a blacksmith, from Wola, and Marianna Patyk, from Papros.
