This is my translation of the Latin language baptismal record of Tomasz Żywiczka, from the Bronisław Parish. Any errors are completely my own.

On December 19th, 1784, I, Rev., of the Bronisław Parish, baptized the infant named Tomasz. His parents were Wojciech and Agnieszka Żywiczka, the legally married couple. The Godparents were: Stanisław Sołtys, from Ułomie, and Katarzyna Łakoma, from Papros.
