This is my translation of the Latin language baptismal record of Agnieszka Żywiczka, from the Bronisław Parish. Any errors are completely my own.

On January 8th, 1779, I, Rev. Bartłomiej Bożykowicz, of the Bronisław Parish, baptized the infant named Agnieszka. Her parents were Wojciech and Agnieszka Żywiczka, the legally married couple. The Godparents were: Błażej Dennicki, from Bronisław, and Marianna Patyk, from Wola Piaski.
