Marriage of Wojciech Mielcarek and Marianna Pluskota nee Wiśniewska (1835)

This is my translation of the Polish language marriage record of Wojciech Mielcarek and Marianna Wiśniewska, from the Broniewo parish. Any errors are completely my own.
Szóstka No 3, 1835
This happened in the village of Broniewo on the 24th of October 1835, at 12 p.m. We declare, that in the presence of: Łukasz Ćwikliński, aged 50, a blacksmith, and Szymon Fortuna, aged 24, a farm owner, both residing in Szóstka, that on this day a religious marital union was contracted between:
Wojciech Mielcarek, aged 35, single, Catholic, a farmhand residing in Szóstka, the son of Feliks and Marianna Mielcarek – who reside in Bieganowo, born in the village of Bieganowo,
and Marianna Pluskota, aged 30, a widow, a farm owner residing in Szóstka, her previous husband died on December 26th, 1834, the daughter of the deceased Michał and his widow Agnieszka Wiśniewski – who resides in Szóstka, she was born in the village of Szóstka.
The wedding was preceded by three readings of the banns, at the Broniewo Parish church, on the 4th, 11th, and 18th of October, 1835. Oral consent was given by the families who were present for the wedding and no impediments arose. No prenuptial agreement was made by the newlyweds. This document was read aloud to the declarants and witnesses and signed by Us, because those appearing and the witnesses mentioned in this document cannot write.
