Marriage of Mateusz Wiśniewski and Agnieszka Pluskota (1825)

This is my translation of the Polish language marriage record of Mateusz Wiśniewski and Agnieszka Pluskota, from the Broniewo Parish. Any errors are completely my own.
Szóstka, No.5, 1825
This happened on October 2nd, 1825. Before Us, the undersigned Registrar of Vital Records of the District of Broniewo, Radziejów County, Mazowieckie Province:
Mateusz Wiśniewski, aged 23, single, according to a certificate excerpted from the books of the Broniewo Parish, he resides with his mother Agnieszka Nadzieja nee Żywiczka in the village of Szóstka – who is a farm owners in Szóstka, his father is deceased,
and Agnieszka Pluskota, aged 19, single, according to a certificate excerpted from the books of the Broniewo Parish, she resides with her family in Szóstka, her parents are Paweł and Rozalia Pluskota – who are farm owners residing in Szóstka.
The parties who appeared request that we proceed with the celebration of the wedding they have arranged between them, the announcement of which was published before the main doors of our District Court, that is: first on the 11th of October, and the second on the 18th of October, 1825, at 12 p.m. When we were not informed of any obstacles to the aforementioned marriage, and the parents here in attendance hereby consent, acquiescing to the aforementioned request, after reading to the parties and witnesses all the aforementioned papers and Section Six of the Civil Code regarding marriage, we asked the future husband and future wife whether they wished to join with each other in marital union, and when each of them responded separately that such is their wish, we proclaim in the name of the law that Mateusz Wiśniewski, single, and Agnieszka Pluskota, single, are joined in the bonds of matrimony.
Of which we recorded this record in the presence of: Tomasz Błaszak, aged 30, an innkeeper, Szymon Wośk, aged 34, a tenant farmer, Józef Kuźba, aged 40, a tenant farmer, and Bartłomiej Nadzieja, aged 28, a farm owner, all witnesses are from Szóstka. This document was read aloud to the declarants and witnesses and signed by us who can write, because those appearing and the witnesses mentioned in this document cannot write.
