This is my translation of the Latin language baptismal record of Wojciech Pilachowski, from the Broniewo Parish. Any errors are completely my own.

On April 12th, 1795, I, Rev. Andrzej Straszewski, baptized the infant named Wojciech. His parents were Stanisław and Apolonia Pilachowski, the legally married couple. The Godparents were: Walenty and Petronela Gorczyński, both were from Broniewo.
