Baptism of Tomasz Wiśniewski (1813)

This is my translation of the Polish language baptismal record of Tomasz Wiśniewski, from the Broniewo Parish. Any errors are completely my own.

Szóstka, 1813

On the 12th of December, 1813, at 1 p.m., before Us, the Administrator and Civil Registrar of Broniewo, performing the duties of the Registrar of Vital Records for the District of Broniewo, Radziejów County, Bydgoszcz Department, Michał Wiśniewski, aged 40, residing in Szóstka, and presented Us a male child, which was born in his home, on the 9th of December, 1813, at 6 p.m., to his lawful wife Agnieszka Żywiczka, aged 30. At Holy Baptism, administered on this day, this child was given the name of Tomasz Szczepan. He made the above statement and showed Us the child, in the presence of witnesses: Roch Siewierski, aged 40, the parish organist residing in Broniewo, and Tomasz Żywiczka, aged 28, residing in Papros. After which this Birth Record was read to the declarant and witnesses, who are illiterate, and was signed by Us alone.
