This is my translation of the Latin language baptismal record of Tomasz Sobieraj, from the Broniewo Parish. Any errors are completely my own.

On October 14th, 1755, I, Rev. Szymon Zapolski, baptized the infant named Tomasz. His parents were Sebastian and Zofia Sobieraj, the legally married couple. The Godparents were: Józef Golak, from Szóstka, and Ewa Zasada, from Broniewo.
